Logitech prépare une version iPad Pro 9,7" de son clavier externe CREATE. Le fabricant l’annonce sur son blog mais la page a été retirée entre temps, probablement publiée trop tôt.

Ce CREATE s’annonce comme le petit frère du premier modèle sorti en même temps que l’iPad Pro 12,9". À un détail près, dans le descriptif il est fait mention d’un système pour ranger l’Apple Pencil. Ce qui faisait défaut sur le premier CREATE et sur les claviers d’Apple.

Pour le reste, le produit parait identique : touches rétroéclairées, raccourcis pour les fonctions système d’iOS, jumelage automatique avec le Smart Connector de la tablette et protection de l’iPad lorsque le clavier est replié. Il est aussi décrit comme léger, à voir si c'est le cas ou juste du marketing car le modèle 12,9" est tout sauf un poids-plume.

Le premier CREATE coûte 149€ . C’est la seule solution de ce genre disponible aujourd’hui pour l’iPad Pro, autre que les deux claviers d’Apple qui ne sont toujours pas proposés en version Azerty (lire iPad Pro : test du Smart Keyboard et du Logitech CREATE, des claviers qui frappent à côté).
